Building energy certification

As part of our building energy certification service, we determine the energy efficiency rating of the property and analyze in detail the energy performance of the structures, mechanical systems, and consumption points. The certification process begins with a thorough on-site survey and documentation review, followed by the use of state-of-the-art calculation methods to determine the building's energy requirements and expected operating costs.

The certificate is not only a mandatory document for sale or lease, but also a valuable source of information. We provide recommendations on how to improve energy efficiency, reduce overhead costs, and which modernization measures can bring the best return on investment.
